The initial chiropractic examination lays the foundation for the care that follows. It needs to support the Evaluation and Management code, and it needs to establish that the patient is in need of chiropractic manipulation, along with other planned services. By the end of this presentation, you'll be left with a sample template for an ideal chiropractic examination that should stand up to the scrutiny of any payer or other interested third party.
