Kim Klapp founded the A.C.E. Program (Assistants for Chiropractic Excellence) in 2000, and teaches the most up-to-date techniques and communication strategies for generating more referrals, collections and patient compliance. Kim’s information-rich live presentations are dynamic and motivational. She has spoken for Parker, Master’s Circle, Life University, Five Star and many state associations. She is the author of the Office Systems Reference Guide, a contributing author of Creating a Fitness & Wellness Profit Center, and many articles appearing in Dynamic Chiropractic, Today’s Chiropractic and Chiropractic Economics.

She is the Team Leader of First Choice Chiropractic with locations in Ann Arbor and Northville, Michigan. Kim has run these chiropractic practices since 1995 so she understands first-hand what it takes to succeed in today’s marketplace.

A graduate of University of Michigan, Kim began her career in chiropractic as the Executive Coordinator of the Michigan Chiropractic Association. While in this position, she coordinated everything from meetings to conventions to publications. Her extensive skills at organization, systems creation and clear communication have earned her several awards from the MCA. She has also served on the Supervisory Committee to the Board of Directors of the Chiropractic Federal Credit Union since 1995.

Kim strives to expand the vision, potential and productivity of chiropractic assistants by providing empowering information, motivation and office systems. She focuses on practical solutions and profitable results.
