LaMont Leavitt, President and CEO
LaMont Leavitt is the new president/CEO of ChiroCode Institute. He started Business Information & Technology Systems (BITS) LLC, in 2007 in an effort to help business become more successful. For over 20 years (18 years with Novell, Inc), LaMont has gained extensive experience as an information management specialist and computer technologist. His industry experience includes building computer systems, networks, support, product delivery, and training testing and development teams in Hyderabad and Bangalore, India. He has also collaborated with development teams in Germany and the United States. He has received many awards over the years while working for Novell (President's Award in 2000 and Employee-of-the-Year Award in 1997) in recognition of his ability to bring products to market and to promote excellence in product quality and communication. In 2008, he began to focus on the health care industry, bringing ChiroCode Premium Membership and FindACode.com to market. These dynamic, web-based products will continue to roll out new features and information, thereby simplifying and facilitating the services of coding and reimbursement professionals in the health care industry. He has also been also working as Director of Research and Development at ChiroCode over the last two years and was elected to replace D H Leavitt on the Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP) board in the Fall of 2008. He has 5 kids (1 son-in-law) and a beautiful wife Kris.

Michael "Bo" Vocu, CCCPC, Director of Communications
Mr. Vocu has been with the ChiroCode Institute since 1999. He graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and was fortunate to have the opportunity to be mentored and trained by the “Godfather of Chiropractic Coding”, DH Leavitt. Michael worked side-by-side with DH for 10 years learning the ropes of chiropractic coding.

Michael currently handles all the coding support for ChiroCode and is a coding consultant for FindACode.com. He is an active editor of the ChiroCode DeskBook, Hot Topics Newsletter, Complete and Easy ICD 10 coding book as well as many other publications.

Michael also hosts, moderates and presents coding webinars for ChiroCode Institute. He recently helped develop the new ChiroCode Certified Chiropractic Professional Coder (CCCPC) program. He was one of the first to receive the CCCPC certification.

Michael lives on his ranch in Montana with his family. He was a professional bull rider for 20 years and has won numerous national championships. To relax, he enjoys hunting, fishing and kayaking.

Evan M. Gwilliam DC CPC NCICS CCPC CCCPC, Director of Education & Consulting
Dr. Gwilliam is a licensed chiropractor and certified coder with nearly 10 years of experience in chiropractic practice. He has a unique yet essential background, beginning his career in accounting with a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University in 2000. He went on to graduate as valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2003. Serving as an owner and clinical director of Camas Chiropractic Center from 2003-2010, he learned the clinical side of insurance coding; by documenting patient care, submitting claims and appeals, credentialing, and facing the everyday challenges that affect chiropractic clinics and health care professionals. To better understand this aspect of the business, Dr. Gwilliam became a magna cum laude Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Chiropractic Professional Coder (CCPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders. He is also a Nationally Certified Insurance Coding Specialist (NCICS) through the National Center for Competency Testing and ChiroCode Certified Chiropractic Professional Coder (CCCPC) through the ChiroCode Institute. He serves on the Editorial Board for ICD10Monitor.com and teaches CE programs around the U.S. for Cross Country Education. As an insurance coding instructor at three colleges in Utah, he also prepares other insurance coders to become certified in the field. As a result of his experiences, he has developed techniques and a teaching style that turns chiropractic coding, billing, and documentation from a complex and sometimes frustrating topic to one that is engaging and easy-to understand. Dr. Gwilliam became the Director of Education with ChiroCode in 2012. He enjoys hiking and travelling with his beautiful wife and four children.

David D. Berky, Director of Software Development
David is the creator of InstaClaim and CCI Edit Software, and co-creater of InstaFee$ & Files and Find-A-Code, (all on the ChiroCode Software CD). David has also built and sold several companies, and currently divides his time between his consulting firm and several new businesses both on and off the Internet. David has a Business Information Systems degree from ASU, and honorary degrees of "guru" from many friends and family. When not writing computer code, solving problems for clients or developing new companies, David can be found enjoying time with his wife and four sons.

Wyn L. Staheli, Co-Director of Software Development
Wyn is the operating manager of InstaCode Institute. Her career in Health Care information began by doing coding and billing as a teenager. She has a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), and has had a successful career as a programmer. She is the originator of the highest-specificity column for the ICD-9 section in the ChiroCode DeskBook. She is creator of the Insta-ICD software, co-creator of Find-A-Code, and InstaFee$ & Files (all on the ChiroCode Software CD). Wyn is also editor of the popular Behavioral Health MultiBook. And on top of it all, she and her husband Dr Paul Staheli are the parents of five children. Her hobbies include: reading, writing, singing, gardening, dancing, etc.
