Medicare Maintenance Therapy

Question: Medicare Advantage coverage through my payer has been paying for maintenace therapy. We were billing a 98940 with no modifier. I have now changed that to 98940-GA. Is that the correct billing for Medicare maintenance if the patient marks Option 1 on the ABN?
